Troubleshooting
If your camera will not power on, follow the steps below to resolve.
Step-by-Step Fix
- Remove the Rechargeable Battery Pack.
- Charge the battery pack fully using a USB-C cord and a wall outlet.
- Reinstall the Rechargeable Battery Pack, and power ON.
If It Still Won’t Power On
Please send in images of the following:
- All sides of the camera, including the top and bottom of the battery tray (contact points must be clearly visible).
Please record a short video and include the following:
- Inserting the NEW recommended batteries used during troubleshooting.
- The full power-on sequence (any lights/indicators that appear if any).
