Troubleshooting

If your camera will not power on, follow the steps below to resolve.


Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Remove the batteries.
  2. Turn the camera ON for 10 seconds (with no batteries installed).
  3. After 10 seconds, turn the camera OFF and insert a NEW set of recommended batteries.
    1. Energizer & Moultrie brands of batteries are recommended.
  4. Turn the camera back ON.

If It Still Won’t Power On

Please send in images of the following:

  • All sides of the camera, including the top and bottom of the battery tray (contact points must be clearly visible).

Please record a short video and include the following:

  • Inserting the NEW recommended batteries used during troubleshooting.
  • The full power-on sequence (any lights/indicators that appear if any).
