WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty Process:

Please contact us during business hours at 1-844-908-1219 or by chatting with us to explain the problem you are having with your product. Our Team will help to determine the next step based on your individual case and will provide you with further instructions. Some information we will require:

  • Full Name
  • Non-PO Box Return Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Email Address
  • Description of the Problem
  • Proof of Purchase from Authorized Retailer

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Our warranties cover manufacturers' defects as determined upon testing at the sole discretion of Moultrie. Please see below for more details on warranty coverage.

Cellular Cameras:  2021 and Newer come with two (2) year warranty from the initial date of activation.

Cellular Cameras:  2020 and Older come with a two (2) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.

Cellular Camera Accessories:  No warranty included.

Traditional Cameras:  2016 and Newer come with a two (2) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.

Feeders & Feeder Kits:  One (1) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.

Feed Hubs: One (1) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.

Traditional Camera Accessories & Feeder Accessories:  2023 and Older items come with a one (1) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.

Traditional Camera Accessories & Feeder Accessories:  2024 and Newer items do not include a warranty.

Discounted and Refurb Products:  All discounted and refurbished items purchased from Moultrie are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.

If the product is determined to be defective, Moultrie will replace the product under warranty. If the same model is not available, we will substitute it with the closest equivalent model, which can include new and/or refurbished, tested items. This excludes any sales, accessories, or refurbished items.

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

Moultrie's warranty does not cover failures or defects caused by incorrect installation, abuse, alterations, or modifications not performed by Moultrie, poor handling, misuse, accidents, improper packaging, abnormal use, insects, wildlife damage, incidental physical damage, shock, power failures or surges, lightning, or other weather-related conditions. The warranty does not apply to any product or component where the original serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed, and does not cover damage or loss resulting from transportation of the product. Additionally, our cellular cameras are designed and tested exclusively for use with AA batteries or rechargeable battery packs manufactured or expressly approved by Moultrie. Third-party rechargeable battery packs, even those advertised as compatible, have not been tested or approved by Moultrie, and their use may result in degraded performance, permanent damage, or inoperability. Damage caused by the use of non-approved power accessories is not covered under warranty, and warranty claims submitted for products found to have been used with non-approved battery packs may be denied.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow extra time during busy periods (i.e. Christmas, Sales).

 

Q:  How do I check the status of my order?

A:  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
