If your Feed Hub is not connecting, please review the troubleshooting below for potential reasons and how to correct it:
Feed Hub Not Connecting:
- If you are not with your Feed Hub, and it missed a scheduled feed time, please wait to see if it reconnects on the next scheduled time.
- If the device has not connected in over 25 hours, you will need to power cycle the device:

- Turn the device off
- Remove an alligator clip from the battery
- Wait a few seconds
- Reconnect the alligator clip to the battery
- Turn the device back on

- If your battery level is low, replace the battery with a NEW compatible battery.
- If your battery is not low, move locations as it could be the signal.
