With Moultrie managing your plan has never been easier. Whether you want to upgrade your plan, reactivate an existing Feed Hub, or cancel your service for the off-season, please see below for more information on how to manage your Feed Hub plan(s) effectively.
CHANGING YOUR PLAN PLAN
Changing your plan can be done from the Moultrie Mobile App or at moultriemobile.com. Upgrading to an annual plan will take place immediately. Downgrading to a monthly plan will take effect after your current annual cycle ends.
- From the App:
1. Click on Devices, then tap the Feeder bubble at the top to reveal your Feed Hub device(s).
2. Tap the Gear icon next to the Feed Hub device in question.
3. Tap to expand Plan Info and then select Change Plan, then follow the prompts.
- From the Website:
1. Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
2. Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices.
3. Select Change Plan and follow the prompts.
REACTIVATING YOUR PLAN
You can reactivate a canceled subscription at any time if it hasn't been fully removed from your account.
- From the App:
1. Click on the Devices tab, then tap the Cancelled option bubble at the top to display the inactive devices on your account. Tap Reactivate next to the device that you would like to reactivate, and then follow the prompts to select your plan.
- From the Website:
1. Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
2. Click the Devices tab, and click on Manage Devices.
3. Click Activate for the device you'd like to re-activate.
4. Follow the prompts to purchase your desired plan.
CANCEL PLAN
You may cancel your plan at any time. Your Feed Hub will continue to operate until your current monthly or annual cycle ends.
- From the App:
1. Click on Devices, then tap the Settings Icon next to whichever camera's plan you want to cancel.
2. Tap to expand Plan Info and then select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to cancel.
3. Select why you are canceling, and if you want to just Cancel or Remove and Cancel.
- From the Website:
1. Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
2. Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices
3. Select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts.
- Please be advised, removing a Feed Hub device will permanently remove it from your account immediately. You will not be able to use it as it will be immediately disconnected from your account, and will no longer transmit.
- This option is only recommended if you want to allow someone else to register the device on their account. Canceled devices will remain linked to your account as canceled and cannot be activated by another party unless you select the option to remove it.
- To remove a device permanently, select Devices, then Cancelled to display all of your canceled devices, then tap Remove next to the Feed Hub device you'd like to remove.
