1. Tap the Devices option from your bottom menu to view your cameras. Then tap Details to reveal your current firmware version and other camera details.

How do I update my camera's firmware?
You don't. Your EDGE PRO is designed to automatically take updates over-the-air when they become available.
If my camera hasn't connected in a few days will it still take the update?
No. Your camera will need to be actively connecting to take the firmware update. If your camera hasn't connected in more than 25 hours, you will need to go to the camera to reboot and re-establish the connection.
How much power is needed for my camera to take a firmware update?
Your EDGE PRO will need a minimum of 25% battery life in order to take a firmware update.
How strong of signal is required to take a firmware update?
As long as your camera is able to connect, it will be able to take the update.
