Important: Hasn't Connected & Connected but Not Receiving Pictures have seperate troubleshooting as they are seperate issues. To check your last connection time, select the "Devices" tab, then locate the desired device and check the date it shows. Troubleshooting
If your camera appears connected but you’re not receiving scheduled pictures/uploads or Daily Test Images, follow the steps below to get things back on track.
1) Try a New Spot

Remount your camera in a different location with a clear view of the sky.

Avoid heavy tree cover, metal structures, or nearby power sources that may interfere with signal.
2) (Optional) If You Use Daily Test Image (DTI)

In your camera’s settings, make sure Daily Test Image is turned ON if you want to receive it.

If you just turned it on, it can take up to 72 hours for your first test image to appear.
3) Monitor for Uploads

Keep the camera in the new location and monitor for 24–48 hours.

During this time, you should begin to see your scheduled uploads resume.
4) If Uploads Are Still Being Missed

Temporarily change your upload interval to a different schedule for 24 hours, then change it back.

If uploads are still missed after that, reach out to Customer Support.
