Modem: Distorted or Gray Pictures

Receiving gray or distorted pictures?  If so, it is being caused by your SD Card and/or batteries.  When receiving gray pictures, your card is either incompatible or has become corrupt and will need to be changed out.  When receiving distorted pictures, your batteries are getting low.  See below for recommended SD Cards and SD Card re-formatting steps.

Steps To Resolve Issue:

  1. Format your SD Card in your camera by erasing/deleting the pictures.  Reference your camera's instructions manual for that process.
  2. If you continue getting Distorted or Gray pictures after 24 hours, use a new SD Card.
