With Moultrie Mobile managing your plan has never been easier. Whether you want to upgrade your plan, reactivate an existing camera or suspend your service, please see below for more information on how to effectively manage your plan(s).
UPGRADE / MODIFY PLAN
Changing your plan can be done from the Moultrie Mobile App or at moultriemobile.com.
From the App
Step 1: Click on Devices, then Plan for whichever camera's plan you would like to change.

Step 2: Choose Change Plan and then select your desired plan and follow the prompts.

From the Website
Step 1: Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
Step 2: Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices.
Step 3: Select Change Plan.
Step 4: Select the data plan you want and click on Purchase.
REACTIVATING SUBSCRIPTION
From the App
Step 1: Click on the Account icon and then Manage Devices.

Step 2: Click the device you'd like to re-activate to expand it. Then select Re-Activate Device and follow the prompts to select your desired plan.

Step 1: Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
Step 2: Click the Devices tab, click on Manage Devices.
Step 3: Click Activate for the device you'd like to re-activate.
Step 4: Follow the prompts through to purchase your desired plan.
SUSPEND / CANCEL PLAN
From the App
Follow same steps from UPGRADE / MODIFY PLAN above.
Step 1: Click on Devices, then Plan.
Step 2: Choose Cancel Plan and follow the prompts.
From the Website
Step 1: Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
Step 2: Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices
Step 3: Select Cancel Plan
Step 4: Select the data plan you want and click on Purchase
Pro Tip: When cancelling a plan, the data you purchased will be available until the end of the billing cycle. Due to security purposes we do not cancel subscriptions via email or chat request.
REMOVE DEVICE
Removing the device will remove it from your account immediately. You will not be able to use the data you have already purchased as the camera/modem will be immediately disconnected from your account, and will no longer transmit.
This option is only recommended if you want to allow someone else to register the camera/modem on their account. If you do not remove the device from your account it will always be linked to your account and no one else will be able to activate it.
To remove a device select Cancel Plan and then your cancellation reason. You will then have the option to Keep Your Plan, Cancel Plan, or Remove Device + Cancel Plan.
