With Moultrie Mobile managing your plan has never been easier. Whether you want to upgrade your plan, reactivate an existing camera or cancel your service for the off-season, please see below for more information on how to manage your plan(s) effectively.
UPGRADE / MODIFY PLAN
Changing your plan can be done from the Moultrie Mobile App or at moultriemobile.com. Upgrading your plan, or purchasing additional photos or videos, will take place immediately. Downgrades will take effect after your current billing cycle ends, whether that is monthly or annually.
Please Note: Pro-Series plans CANNOT be downgraded. If you wish to change the plan on Pro-Series, it will need to be canceled out and then re-activated on your desired plan.
From the App:
1. Click on Devices, then tap the Settings Icon next to whichever camera's plan you want to change.
2. Tap to expand Plan Info and then tap the Change Plan bubble, then tap Change Plan and follow the prompts to pick your desired plan, or purchase additional photos or videos.
From the Website:
1. Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
2. Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices.
3. Select Change Plan.
4. Select the data plan you want and click on Purchase.
REACTIVATING SUBSCRIPTION
You can reactivate a canceled subscription at any time provided you did not select the option to fully REMOVE the camera.
From the App:
1. Click on the Devices tab, then tap Canceled to display the inactive devices on your account. Tap Reactivate next to the camera that you would like to reactivate, and then follow the prompts to select your plan.
From the Website:
1. Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
2. Click the Devices tab, and click on Manage Devices.
3. Click Activate for the device you'd like to re-activate.
4. Follow the prompts to purchase your desired plan.
CANCEL PLAN
You may cancel your plan at any time. Your camera will continue taking and uploading pictures until your current monthly or annual cycle ends.
From the App:
1. Click on Devices, then tap the Settings Icon next to whichever camera's plan you want to cancel.
2. Tap to expand Plan Info and then tap the Change Plan bubble.
3. Tap Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to cancel your plan.
From the Website:
1. Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
2. Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices
3. Select Cancel Plan
4. Select why you are canceling and if you want to Cancel or Remove and cancel. Selecting Cancel only will ensure the camera remains tied to your account under Manage Devices.
Pro Tips:
- When canceling a plan, your picture allotment will be available until the end of the billing cycle.
- Canceled cameras will remain tied to your account until you'd like to reactivate them, unless you choose the option to REMOVE it when canceling.
- Due to security purposes, we cannot cancel subscriptions via email, or without security verification via text to the cellular number associated with the account.
- If for any reason your cellular number is not on the account, you will need to update it in order to receive security verification texts.
FULLY REMOVE DEVICE OPTION
1. Removing a camera will permanently remove it from your account immediately. You will not be able to use the data you have already purchased as the camera will be immediately disconnected from your account, and will no longer transmit.
2. This option is only recommended if the camera needs to be activated on another account. Canceled, but not removed, devices will remain linked to your account and cannot be activated on another account.
3. To remove a device permanently, select Devices, then Canceled to display all of your canceled devices, then tap Remove next to the camera you'd like to remove.
