    Hey Aaron,

    Thanks for posting.  It looks like you reached out to our team and decided to exchange your camera.  If you see any sensitivity issues again just let us know as this is unusual.

    I do see that camera first connected around 6pm and transmitted about 200 images in 3 hours until 9pm.  Then the upload frequency was changed to every 3 hours, but you may have taken it indoors for the night as the signal dropped to nearly 0%.  It connected again the next morning around 7am and uploaded another 50 or so pictures in 2 hours until 9am before it stopped connecting.  I believe the camera was operating as expected and you may have just had some settings and signal issues causing what you were seeing.

    Nevertheless, if you have any other trouble at all don't hesitate to give us a call and we'll get you taken care of.
