Stolen edge camera

I had a camera stolen off my private property. They must have walked up behind it and turned it off since there were no pictures or videos. I have been hoping they would turn it on so it would upload but nothing yet. Is there a way to at least flag the serial number so if someone tries to activate they could be reported?
