    Hello Aubrey, 

    The date and time is contained in the image info strip. This information is generated by the carrier tower and can not be adjusted. If you change locations and have tried multiple towers and the issue has not corrected itself, please reach out for further support at 1-844-908-1219 and we'll get you taken care of.

    I have 4 moultrie edge cameras and 1 of them has always shown 1hour ahead of the others even after hard reset and on the same tree. It is what it is but it works. It shows the same 1 hour ahead no mater where i put it. It has a weak signal while the other three have good signal. Support told me the same thing about the cell tower. Love these cameras. I just wish they had a live view like the Reolink and a pir sensor like Gardepro.

    Live view would make is so much better. 

    That is strange that one camera is doing that how you described it. That tells me it is not the tower. It is indeed the camera and not something Moultrie wants to fix. It's not AS big a deal for me since I'm not planning feeding times or tracking behavior. But it would be nice if it completed the simple task of accurate time keeping.
