    I have the same issue.  Been trying to MM Support all week about this.  I just had to add 2 more plans for 2 replacement cameras and now trying to get credit.

    I am having the same problem.  also, support is not support because they never answer the phone.  big mistake buying a Moultrie edge.

    I had the same issue - a camera was replaced under warranty.  That camera's yearly plan had just been renewed in October 2023 and the camera died in late November 2023, so I had about ten months of service I paid for but was unable to access.  When the replacement camera arrived, I had to activate it as if it were a new camera.

    I reached out to support via chat and they are supposed to be issuing me a refund/credit for the months I won't be able to use.  If you can't get them on the phone, perhaps try the chat feature.  I know it is sometimes better to speak with a person, but unfortunately, these days texting and chatting over verbal communication seems to be the way to go.
