Delta - White-out pictures

Two of my four cameras started taking washed out pictures in the last month, nearly at the same time. The are the Delta model. My other two are working fine (Delta base and 7000i) Anyone else have this happen? Software related? 99% battery, good signal and 80% free space on card.

    Hello Joel,

    Color saturation in pictures is often related to your camera’s field of view. By slightly adjusting how the camera is mounted, you can adjust the camera's field of view and typically resolve this issue.

    • Make sure that your camera is not angled east or west toward the sun.  North is best.
    • Power cycle your camera by holding the ON/OFF button down for 5 seconds to turn the camera off, and then do the same to turn it back on.
