Trouble Shooting Multiple Cameras

Pics from one cam shows fine in the gallery. The 2nd cam presents only a count of the pics and a compressed pic line shows up in the "view device" link, no full pics from the 2nd cam can be found. Both cams are activated and have good or better signals. What needs done to view all pics taken?
