WARRANTY & RETURN INFORMATION
If you purchased your item directly through Moultrie, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for a refund. For more details about Moultrie’s return policies, please review the information below.
Return for Refund (Moultrie direct orders only):
- Only products purchased from Moultrie directly within a 30-day window can be returned for refund.
- The return authorization must be completed by the Moultrie Team.
- Please contact us at 844-908-1219 during business hours to begin this process.
- The Moultrie Team is available 7 days a week, between 7 AM – 6 PM CT.
- A return number and shipping instructions will be supplied to you by our Support Team.
- A restocking fee may be charged with any return to Moultrie.
- The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Moultrie.
- Moultrie does not refund original shipping and handling charges on returned items.
- Moultrie does not accept returns for refund from 3rd party retailers. Those must be returned to where they were purchased and are subject to their return for refund policies.
Please be advised:
- Remove all accessories (i.e., SD cards, batteries, solar panels, etc.) before returning for refund. Any accessories received by Moultrie cannot be returned.
- It is recommended that you ship your package in a traceable manner. If we do not have a record of receiving your product, you will be asked to provide tracking details. Moultrie will not be responsible for any products that we do not have a record of receiving.
- International customers may be subject to duties, fees, and taxes assessed to any returns – whether in or out of warranty – as imposed by their home country. Moultrie has no control over these charges and must comply with the laws of the countries we serve. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Moultrie warranty does not cover items that have been abused or previously repaired by someone other than Moultrie.

Please call one of our service technicians during business hours at 1-844-908-1219, or through the Submit a Ticket option if after hours, to explain the problem you are having with your product. Our Team will help to determine the next step based on your individual case and will provide you with further instructions. Some information we will require:
- Full Name
- Non-PO Box Return Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
- Description of the Problem
- Proof of Purchase from Authorized Retailer
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Our warranties cover manufacturers' defects as determined upon testing at the sole discretion of Moultrie. Please see below for more details on warranty coverage.
Cellular Cameras: 2021 and Newer come with two (2) year warranty from the initial date of activation.
Cellular Cameras: 2020 and Older come with a two (2) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.
Cellular Camera Accessories: No warranty included.
Traditional Cameras: 2016 and Newer come with a two (2) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.
Feeders & Feeder Kits: One (1) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.
Traditional Camera Accessories & Feeder Accessories: 2023 and Older items come with a one (1) year warranty with valid Proof of Purchase from an authorized Moultrie retailer.
Traditional Camera Accessories & Feeder Accessories: 2024 and Newer items do not include a warranty.
Discounted and Refurb Products: All discounted and refurbished items purchased from Moultrie are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
If the product is determined to be defective, Moultrie will replace the product under warranty. If the same model is not available, we will substitute it with the closest equivalent model, which can include new and/or refurbished, tested items. This excludes any sales, accessories, or refurbished items.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
Our warranties do not cover any failures or defects caused by one or more of the following: incorrect installations, abuse, alterations or modifications not performed by Moultrie Mobile, poor handling, misuse, accidents, improper packaging, abnormal use, insects, wildlife damage, incidental physical damage, shock, power failures/surges, lightning or weather-related conditions. Warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof where the original serial number has been altered, modified, defaced or removed. Warranty does not cover damage or loss as a result of transportation of the products.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow extra time during busy periods (i.e. Christmas, Sales).
FREE SHIPPING:
Free Standard Shipping is applicable on qualifying orders to the contiguous United States and shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Free Shipping is not applicable for expedited shipping methods. Order must be over $100 before taxes to qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free Standard Shipping and Handling will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. No code is needed.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Flat Rate Shipping is applicable on qualifying orders $99.99 and below to the contiguous United States and via UPS Ground or USPS. Flat Rate Shipping is not applicable for expedited shipping methods. No code is needed.
- Unites States
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All US orders are shipped using USPS or UPS with a tracking number provided once the order ships.
- Outside of United States
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
