If you are experiencing trouble downloading or signing in with your Moultrie Mobile App, it could be related to the age of your device. Please see below for more information on compatible software on devices that you can use with Moultrie Mobile's App.
iPhone Users:
iOS 15.0 or Newer
iPad Users:
iPadOS 15.0 or Newer
Please be advised that if you have an older iOS version and you delete or uninstall the app it will not be available for you to download again if you are still using an older iOS on your phone/iPad.
As always, visiting app.moultriemobile.com through a web browser will remain an option regardless of iOS version.
Android Users:
Android 8.0 or Newer
How To Check Your iOS Version:
To find the software version installed on your device, go to Settings > General, then tap About.
How To Upgrade Your iOS Version:
- Plug your device into power and then connect to WiFi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to install.
- Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now.
