If you are experiencing trouble downloading or signing in with your Moultrie Mobile App, it could be related to the age of your iPhone or iPad. Please see below for more information on compatible devices that you can use with Moultrie Mobile's App.
iPhone/iPad Users:
With Apple's release of iOS 15 (software version), we are losing the ability to support iOS 12 and lower. Users on iOS 12 or lower will continue to be able to use the app on their device, but the app will no longer be available in the App Store for users on iOS 12.
Moving forward, new features and improvements will only be available for iOS 13 and newer. Again, iOS 12 users who have already downloaded the app can continue to use the app on their devices. Please be advised, if you delete or uninstall the app it will not be available for you to download again if you are still using iOS 12 on your phone/tablet.
As always, visiting app.moultriemobile.com through a web browser will remain an option regardless of iOS version.

How To Check Your iOS Version:
To find the software version installed on your device, go to Settings > General, then tap About.
How To Upgrade Your iOS Version:
- Plug your device into power and then connect to WiFi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to install.
- Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now.
