350LB Sled Feeder (SKU/Product #: MFG-15127)
If your feeder won't stop running after a feed cycle, use the steps below.
Troubleshooting
- Remove power for 10 seconds by disconnecting the battery wires, then reconnect them to the corresponding terminals.
- Make sure the battery is hooked up properly with positive to positive and negative to negative.
- If the battery is connected correctly and the unit is still continuously running, the battery could be defective and will need to be replaced.
- Review your timer settings and confirm no feed time has a run duration set beyond the up to 60 seconds range. Check each Feed Timer entry.
- Perform a full timer reset: hold the RESET button for 30 seconds, then reprogram your feed schedule from scratch.
- If the feeder is paired to the Moultrie app, check the app's schedule for a duplicate or overlapping feed time and remove it.
