Duplicate Notifications - Cellular Camera App Troubleshooting

Having trouble with your Moultrie App?  In order to keep your app functioning properly you may need to update it periodically.  Noticing you're getting 2 notifications but only 1 new image is loading? You're in the right place! Continue reading to fix your duplicate notifications issue from your Cellular Cameras.

 

Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure you don’t have any filters selected in your gallery.

  2. If you do, clear the filters and check your gallery again.

  3. Confirm that your gallery is sorted the way you want (for example, by date).

  4. Check your notification settings:

    1. If both Smart Tag and New Image notifications are turned on, you may receive two alerts for the same image. To avoid duplicate notifications, turn off one of them.
