When requesting an image or video On Demand, the feature must be activated before the request can be made. To activate the On Demand feature, then make an On Demand request, follow the steps below:
1. Tap Devices, then tap the Gear icon next to your EDGE 2, or EDGE 2 PRO camera.
2. Tap On Demand to open, then toggle the feature ON and tap Save Settings.
3. Your camera will need to connect to receive the instructions to activate the On Demand feature. Until that happens, you will see a Pending Check-In alert for the On Demand feature and a banner above your camera.
4. Once your camera has connected, your On Demand status will update to Ready.
5. Tap the On Demand bubble and then tap to request either a Photo or Video
6. Your request should be uploaded within 4 minutes.

A: On Demand videos are based on current video length settings: 5, 10, 15 or 20 seconds in length
Q: How quickly will I get a picture/video after pressing On Demand?
A: Depending on video length and signal, up to 4 minutes.
Q: What is the impact of On Demand on battery life?
A: Using the On Demand feature will require more battery life when toggled on. Ensure your On Demand feature is toggled off if not using it.
