With Moultrie Mobile managing your plan has never been easier. Whether you want to upgrade your plan, reactivate an existing camera or suspend your service, please see below for more information on how to effectively manage your plan(s).
UPGRADE / MODIFY PLAN
Changing your plan can be done from the Moultrie Mobile App or at moultriemobile.com.
From the App
Step 1: Click on Devices, then tap the Settings Icon next to whichever camera's plan you would like to change.
Step 2: Tap to expand Plan Info and then select Change Plan, then follow the prompts to pick your desired plan.
From the Website
Step 1: Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
Step 2: Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices.
Step 3: Select Change Plan.
Step 4: Select the data plan you want and click on Purchase.
REACTIVATING SUBSCRIPTION
From the App
Step 1: Click on Devices tab, then tap Cancelled to display the inactive devices on your account. Tap Reactivate next to the camera that you would like to reactivate, and then follow the prompts to select your plan.
From the Website
Step 1: Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
Step 2: Click the Devices tab, click on Manage Devices.
Step 3: Click Activate for the device you'd like to re-activate.
Step 4: Follow the prompts through to purchase your desired plan.
SUSPEND / CANCEL PLAN
From the App
Follow same steps from UPGRADE / MODIFY PLAN above.
Step 1: Click on Devices, then tap the Settings Icon next to whichever camera's plan you would like to cancel.
Step 2: Tap to expand Plan Info and then select Cancel Plan and follow the prompts to cancel.
From the Website
Step 1: Log in to moultriemobile.com using your email address and password.
Step 2: Click the Devices tab, then select Manage Devices
Step 3: Select Cancel Plan
Step 4: Select the data plan you want and click on Purchase
Pro Tip: When cancelling a plan, the data you purchased will be available until the end of the billing cycle. Due to security purposes we do not cancel subscriptions via email or chat request.
REMOVE DEVICE
Removing the device will permanently remove it from your account immediately. You will not be able to use the data you have already purchased as the camera/modem will be immediately disconnected from your account, and will no longer transmit.
This option is only recommended if you want to allow someone else to register the camera/modem on their account. Cancelled devices remain linked to your account as cancelled and cannot be activated by another party.
To remove a device permanently, select Devices, then Cancelled to display your all of your cancelled devices, then tap Remove next to the camera you'd like to remove.
