Not getting notified of new pictures? Don't worry - to get back in the game just follow these troubleshooting tips to ensure your Moultrie Mobile app is up-to-date.
1. Make sure your app is up to date.
Tap the PROFILE icon from the top left of your gallery page, then select ABOUT to see your current app version. You can also check the Google Play Store or App Store on your phone. From the store, search for Moultrie Mobile and you should be prompted to install update if there is one available.
2. Sign out of the app.
Tap the PROFILE icon, then tap SIGN OUT in the top right.
3. Delete the app.
After the app is deleted, restart your phone.
4. Check your phone's recent software version and update if necessary.
Click your phone model below for instructions on this process.
5. Clear browsing data.
This removes any browsing history from the previous app version that your phone could be accessing. See below for instructions on how to do that for both iPhone and Android phones:
- For Android: Go to SETTINGS > STORAGE > OTHER APPS > scroll to MOULTRIE MOBILE APP then Clear Cache and Clear Storage.
- For iPhone: Go to SETTINGS > SAFARI and tap Clear History and Website Data
6. Reinstall the app.
Once installed, sign in using your Moultrie Mobile username and password.
7. Check cell signal or Wi-Fi signal.
A poor signal can affect how your app is able to function and access the internet to load pages.
8. Change your internet access point.
If you are using a roaming cell signal, try signing into Wi-Fi. Or, if you are connected to wi-fi, try hopping off and only using the cell signal.
