If you attempted to activate your device and got the error "Device Already In Use", you will need to contact our service department so we can get this resolved for you. You can do this by clicking the 'Submit A Ticket' at the bottom of the page.
What We Will Need:
The device's serial number, modem ID number and a copy of the receipt for your device.
What Might Have Happened:
Someone purchased it and took back to the store before removing it from their account.
Someone sold it to a friend and forgot to remove it from their account first.
