Having trouble with your Moultrie Mobile App? In order to keep your app functioning properly you may need to update it periodically. If it is loading slowly, not loading at all, or you are having any other issue with it, you could be running off an older version. Follow these troubleshooting tips to get your Moultrie Mobile App up-to-date and back in the game!
Please note: Occasionally, your phone's connection point could be causing the issue. Before beginning the troubleshooting below, make sure to change the phone/app's connection point to see if you are experiencing the same issue. This means, if you are connected to wi-fi, try accessing the app by turning the wi-fi OFF on your phone and attempt to access the app again, or vice versa.
PLEASE PERFORM THESE STEPS IN ORDER
1. UPDATE YOUR MOULTRIE MOBILE APP:
Tap the PROFILE icon on the top left of your app, then select ABOUT. You can also check the Google Play Store or App Store on your phone. Click the link below based on your phone model to see the latest version of the Moultrie Mobile App, and update if available.
2. ENSURE YOUR PHONE'S SOFTWARE IS UP TO DATE:
Click your phone model below for information on it's most recent software version and how to update.
3. SIGN OUT OF THE APP:
Tap the PROFILE icon on the top left of your app, then tap SIGN OUT in the top right.
4. CLEAR YOUR PHONE'S BROWSING DATA:
This removes any browsing history that is stored on your phone from the previous app version.

- For Android: Go to SETTINGS > STORAGE > OTHER APPS > scroll to MOULTRIE MOBILE APP then select Clear Cache and Clear Storage.

- For iPhone: Go to SETTINGS > SAFARI and tap Clear History and Website Data

5. DELETE THE APP:
Once browsing history has been cleared, delete the app.
6. RESTART YOUR PHONE:
Power off your phone for a minute and then power it back on.
7. INSTALL THE MOULTRIE MOBILE APP:
Once reinstalled, sign in to your account. If everything was done correctly, any issues you were experiencing should be resolved.
8. CHECK YOUR PHONE'S SIGNAL:
A poor signal can affect how your app functions.
